Paul Gilkison
Paul has held numerous senior positions within the Royal New Zealand Navy and Defence which include command of the frigates Canterbury and Wellington. He was seconded from Defence to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet Advisory Group in the mid 90s. |

Douglas Pauling
Doug is the founder of AAL and has developed the company’s reputation for quality service and reliability that is greatly respected within the Defence and business community. He has had extensive business experience in a variety of roles and is currently the Chairman of the Defence Industry Committee of New Zealand. |

Paul Taylor
Paul joined AAL in 2008 after 4 years in the health industry as the General Manager of a private surgical hospital and medical centre. Previously he served 21 years in the RNZN as an air controller, warfare specialist and commanded the ANZAC frigate TE MANA. |
